Ireland Fellows Programme 2026–27

Have you ever dreamed of studying in a top European country, with all expenses paid—and then using that education to create real change in your home country? If yes, then the Ireland Fellows Programme 2026–27 might just be the golden opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This fully funded scholarship program allows early to mid-career professionals from eligible countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to pursue a master’s degree in Ireland—one of the most welcoming and innovative countries in the world.

Let’s break down what this opportunity is all about, how to apply, who’s eligible, and why this could be a life-changing move for your career and community.

What is the Ireland Fellows Programme?

Funded by the Government of Ireland through Irish Aid, the Ireland Fellows Programme supports future leaders, innovators, and changemakers from partner countries to study in Ireland and return home equipped with knowledge and tools to drive development.

You’ll not only gain an internationally recognized qualification from some of Ireland’s top universities but also get the chance to build global networks, grow personally and professionally, and explore new cultures—all without worrying about financial burdens.

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

Everything you need for a worry-free study experience in Ireland is covered:

Full tuition fees
Round-trip flights
Visa and immigration costs
Health and travel insurance
Monthly living allowance (\~€700)

In short: it’s fully funded. You focus on studying, growing, and preparing to lead when you return home.
