Eligibility Criteria:–
- All citizens are eligible to apply, with the exception of Turkish nationals and those who have lost their Turkish citizenship.
- At the level for which you are applying, you should not be enrolled in any Turkish university at this time.
- You are eligible to apply if you have graduated or will graduate before August 2026.
- Both academics and researchers may apply.
- You can apply to undergraduate programs if you received 70% of the possible points in your prior coursework.

- On the application, you have to specify your ideal university and program. Up to 12 different preferences can be chosen by you.
- You must also upload any foreign examinations (such as the SAT, GRE, or GMAT) or language test results (such as the TOEFL) that your chosen university needs.
- You must prepare a motivating letter (Letter of Intent) outlining your objectives, expectations for the future, and the reasons you selected Turkey.
- The form cannot be edited once it has been submitted, therefore you must carefully go over all the documents and processes before selecting the submit button.
