Applications are now being accepted for the MOPGA Fellowship 2026, which provides early-career researchers with a unique opportunity to conduct innovative research in France. This esteemed fellowship, called “Make Our Planet Great Again,” enables 60 foreign researchers to further their academic careers in Paris and beyond while addressing global environmental and scientific concerns.
All major expenditures are covered by the MOPGA Visiting Fellowship 2026, which is administered by Campus France and fully supported by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the French Ministry for Higher Education, Research, and Innovation. Its goal of fostering exceptional research talent globally and positioning France as a center for innovation and sustainable solutions is upheld in this ninth edition.

Eligibility Criteria:-
All nationals, with the exception of French citizens, are eligible to apply for the MOPGA Fellowship.
No restrictions on nationality.
There will be 60 fellowships available.
Candidates cannot be citizens of France.
Foreign researchers in their early careers who have earned a PhD within the last five years are eligible to apply (the thesis defense must have taken place between December 2020 and December 2025).
Candidates must have spent more than ninety days in France between September 12, 2025, and December 12, 2025.
