Top 10 World’s Best Fully Funded and Easiest Scholarships

Posted on February 20, 2026February 20, 2026 By Naju No Comments on Top 10 World’s Best Fully Funded and Easiest Scholarships

Do you want to study abroad but are hesitant because of the expense or the difficulty of the application process? The good news is that there will be plenty of chances for overseas students to obtain fully financed scholarships in 2026. Although there is no assurance of receiving a prominent scholarship, several are “easier” in that they don’t require the IELTS, have no application fees, or give automatic consideration.

These are the top ten fully funded scholarships for 2026 that offer a more straightforward application process along with substantial financing.

1. Türkiye Burslari (Turkey):-

Being a government-led program with a centralized online system, the Türkiye Burslari is regularly rated as one of the most accessible fully sponsored programs. The scholarship takes care of everything, so you don’t have to get into college first.

Why it’s “Easiest”: The application process is entirely online, there is no application fee, and no IELTS is needed (evidence can be submitted later). It takes care of your university placement.

Benefits include housing, health insurance, a one-year Turkish language course, full tuition, and a monthly stipend that ranges from $300 to $800, depending on level.

Deadline: Usually ends in February (for updates in 2026, check the portal).

2. DAAD Scholarships (Germany):-

The German Academic Exchange Service, or DAAD, provides thousands of completely funded postgraduate scholarships, and Germany is a popular destination for free education. Many just need good academics and a well-defined study schedule, but some are competitive.

Why it’s “Easiest”: The Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter, which certifies that your prior degree was taught in English, is accepted by many German universities in lieu of the IELTS. Many programs lack a structured, comprehensive interview process.

Benefits include full tuition (the majority of public universities are free anyhow), a €850–€1,200 monthly stipend, health insurance, and a travel allowance.

Deadline: varies

3. MEXT Scholarship (Japan):-

One of the most extensive scholarship programs in the world is provided by the Japanese Government (MEXT). The “Embassy Recommendation” method is simple: instead of negotiating with colleges directly, you apply through the Japanese embassy in your nation of residence.

Why it’s “Easiest”: You go to the local embassy for one interview and one written test. The government enrolls you in a university if you pass. Many programs don’t require the IELTS.

Benefits include round-trip flights, a monthly stipend of approximately ¥117,000 to ¥145,000, and 100% tuition.

Due date: early 2026

4. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (Europe):-

Imagine receiving a single scholarship to study in two or three different European nations. Although Erasmus Mundus is a prominent program, applications are only submitted to one program consortium rather than several universities.

The “Easiest” part is that you apply online for a particular Master’s degree. Funding is guaranteed if admitted; there isn’t a separate scholarship battle following admission.

Benefits include travel reimbursement, participation fees, full tuition, and a monthly stipend of €1,100 to €1,400.

Deadline: Depends on the program.

5. Knight-Hennessy Scholars (Stanford University, USA):-

Don’t be alarmed by the Ivy League moniker. Because it seeks leaders with a “kind heart” and “broad vision,” rather than just flawless exam scores, the Knight-Hennessy program is special.

Why it’s “Easiest”: You apply to Knight-Hennessy and Stanford individually. The scholarship application itself does not require a GRE, though your Stanford department may. Essays are prioritized over stats alone.

Benefits: Complete financial support for graduate study for a maximum of three years, including travel, stipend, tuition, and fees.

Early October 2026 is the deadline.

6. University of Leeds International Masters Regional Scholarships (UK):-

Since there is no application form, this is what “easy” means.

The reason for its “Easiest” status is automatic consideration. You will immediately be eligible for a £6,000 fee discount if you apply for a Master’s degree and have a passport from one of the qualifying nations (such as India, Turkey, Mexico, etc.).

Benefits include a £6,000 tuition price reduction.

Deadline: Linked to your course application, not a separate deadline

7. British Council GREAT Scholarships (UK):-

These scholarships, which are offered by more than 70 UK universities (including Sheffield Hallam and Anglia Ruskin), are targeted at particular nations.

Why it’s “Easiest”: You fill out a basic application form after applying for your Master’s course. The eligibility requirements (coming from a particular nation with a strong degree) are quite clear, and there is only one scholarship application to complete.

Benefits include £10,000 for tuition.

Deadline: varies by academic institution

8. SINGA (Singapore International Graduate Award):-

Singapore is a goldmine if you want to pursue a PhD in science or engineering. Nanyang/National University of Singapore and the A STAR work together on this.

Why it’s “Easiest”: SINGA’s online application process is more straightforward than that of US PhD programs, allowing you to choose your research proposal from a list. Most applicants do not need to take the GRE or IELTS.

Benefits include full tuition, a $2,200 monthly stipend, and a one-time payment for flights.

Typically, June 2026 is the deadline.

9. HKU Summer Research Program (Hong Kong):-

Undergraduate students seeking overseas research experience without the commitment of a complete degree will find this to be a “easy win”.

Why it’s “Easiest”: It has a straightforward online application and lasts for 10 weeks. It provides access to their PhD programs and has substantial benefits.

Benefits include housing assistance, flights, and a scholarship of HK$10,000.

Deadline: February 9 was the previous deadline for 2026, but watch this for 2027.

10. Kazakhstan Government Scholarships:-

Kazakhstan, a new international student destination, is making a concerted effort to draw in talent from elsewhere.

Why it’s “Easiest”: It has a high approval rate since there are less applicants than in the US or the UK. IELTS is not required for many programs, and tuition is completely reimbursed.

Benefits include medical insurance, housing, and full tuition.

Deadline: varies

Conclusion:-

Verify the “No IELTS” clause. A Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter from your prior university or Duolingo are now accepted by many colleges.
Apply Early: Scholarship funds are often awarded on a “first come, first served” basis.

Examine the requirements to avoid wasting time on scholarships for which you are ineligible.

I hope your 2026 applications go well.
